The engineering team that stays.
BespokeForge builds your system, then stays to run it: monitoring, patching, improving, and answering when something breaks. Fractional engineering that works like an in-house hire, at a fraction of the cost. No handover. No disappearing.
What a month looks like.
A retainer is not a help desk you call when things go wrong. It is a standing engagement with a predictable shape.
Your systems are watched around the clock. BespokeForge sees the problem before you do, and often before it reaches you.
Security updates, plugin and dependency upgrades, and the small breakages of everyday operation, handled.
A standing block of hours for the changes and features you actually want, scheduled into the month.
A plain summary of what happened, what changed, and what BespokeForge recommends next. With a call when you want one.
What's included.
One retainer covers all four disciplines. You do not assemble a vendor list. You have one point of contact accountable for the whole system.
- Continuous uptime and security monitoring
- Server, DNS and CDN upkeep
- Security patches and hardening
- Tested, restorable backups
- Core, theme and plugin updates
- Performance kept in check
- Content and layout changes
- Ongoing accessibility and SEO upkeep
- CRM and pipeline maintenance
- Dashboard and reporting upkeep
- Data integrity checks
- Structured content adjustments
- Workflow and integration monitoring
- Fixes when an upstream service changes
- New automations as needs emerge
- Workflow and CRM automation upkeep (n8n or custom)
Response and cadence.
Exact response windows are agreed per engagement and scale with your tier. These are the commitments every retainer is built on.
When something is down or breaking, you hear back the same business day. Higher tiers get faster.
BespokeForge is not waiting for your email. The systems are watched continuously, and it acts on what it sees.
A regular check-in on health, performance, and what BespokeForge recommends next. No surprises at renewal.
Working in your systems.
You are giving an outside engineer access to production systems and data. That is a serious thing. Here is how the access is handled, and what happens if the founder is ever unavailable.
Access is scoped to the task, the minimum the work requires. Credentials are stored securely, never shared in plain text, and revoked the day an engagement ends.
The same hardening that runs in production: origin locked behind a CDN, secrets kept out of the database, scoped tokens over master keys, attack surface cut to what is needed. The baseline, not an upsell.
Architecture, credentials, and runbooks are written down and shared with you. The system stays legible to your side, not locked in one person's head.
Everything is documented, access is shared, and for overflow or a specialist need there's a vetted network. If the founder is ever unavailable, you hold the keys and the documentation to keep running or hand over cleanly.
Choose your level.
Start where you are, move up as the system grows. Retainers run for a three month minimum to reach steady state, then roll monthly and can be cancelled or adjusted with 30 days notice. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

How it works.
An agency hands over a build and moves on. BespokeForge runs what it builds. This is the part that decides whether your system is still healthy a year from now.
Uptime, security, and performance are watched continuously. Alerts reach the engineer, not just a dashboard nobody checks.
Updates land on a deliberate schedule, tested before they touch production. No drift, no surprise breakage.
Backups are taken and tested. A backup you have never restored is a guess, not a safety net.
The architecture is designed to stay up. BespokeForge does not disappear after launch. Operating the system is the job.
Not sure yet? Start with an audit.
A fixed-price, one-time audit across infrastructure, web, data, and automation. BespokeForge examines what you have, documents the risks, and tells you what it would do about them. No commitment. Most audits become an Operate engagement, because once you can see the gaps, you want them closed.
Let's talk about your systems.
No pitch. No pressure. You describe the problem. BespokeForge tells you what is actually causing it, whether it is fixable, and whether BespokeForge is the right fit to fix it and stay to operate it.
45 minutes. Google Meet. Straight answers.
You receive a calendar link. Pick a slot that suits you, no chasing.
Bring a description of the problem. No deck needed. Notes on a napkin is fine.
You leave knowing what's actually broken and whether BespokeForge is the right fit to fix it.
